The traversable straddle gauge is a highly accurate gauge, measuring the roll form. It is manually set onto the roll, after grinding and traversed along the body length. The system reliably detects the contour of the roll edge to edge with a measurement interval of 1 mm.

Measurement Program

The roll profile is not only measured using this program, but can additionally be interpreted with many program functions (rolling history, compare measurements on the same display, mirror and tilt measurements, …).
