This version shape roll has been specifically developed for use on tension leveller systems. In this case, the tension segments transfer to a fixed axle upon which the sections rotate. Roll has very low inertia for use on lower tension applications.

A software package that allows the user to specify indentification and analysis values for simple and quick export to Microsoft Excel® and Access® files.

This software adder give the operator the chance to identify cyclical excursions that exceed allowable limits as the coil is running. Three dimensional mapping of the entire coil points out specific problem areas for machine performance optimization.

This Windows® based package works with either PCI cards or Profibus DP interface to collect up to 16 analog variables for display, analysis and retention. Sophisticated graphical and statistical software in included in the package.

This package replaces the old style paper chart recorder with a PC Based version. The unit is capable of three channel recording and uses the PC USB interface for high speed. Charts may be printed and saved to memory for later retrieval.
