Levelling Machine
This small levelling unit was developed for a well known european manufacturer for powder
metalurgical material. The demanded levelling quality is reached through a levelling roller cassette, with 19 levelling rolls diameter 6 mm, in a four high model.

Mechanical Assembly
Decoiler, tail switch, quick change levelling cassette, drive shaft of the levelling rolls with a quick
plug in system, automatic lubrication, main drive with VT-Gear, tilting adjustment of the upper
levelling roll set, camber reducing, brake unit with felt changing device, automatic strip edge control
system for the recoiler, strip-length-counter, recoiler.
